The secure gated community is centrally located only 20 min to the POP airport, 5 min to Sosua, or 10 min to Cabarete. A short stroll takes you to the ocean. The condo is comfortable and stylish with AC, washer, kitchen, and king bed.

Please ensure that the premises remain securely locked when you are out, and includes turning off lights and air-conditioning when you are not occupying the condo or a room. For long-term stays over 28 days electricity is not included in the nightly rate and the guest is subject to pay all electrical consumption costs during their stay. Cleanliness is important to keep insects controlled and will make a more enjoyable stay. Please help keep things flushing properly by limiting what is flushed in toilets to only TP. No prostitutes or prostitution allowed on premises. Please respect quiet time after 10:00pm.
